📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle all cash transactions in the clinic, including payments and receipts.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Follow all company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Assist with inventory management and ordering.,Generate and submit financial reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.
