📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Assist in managing inventory and ensuring efficient use of ingredients.,Support the Demi Chef in training and developing junior staff members.,Assist in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work as part of a team and take direction well.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
