📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement productivity frameworks and strategies to drive operational efficiency
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align productivity initiatives with the company's strategic goals
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Mentor and develop the skills of team members to build a high-performance culture

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in productivity management, operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using productivity software such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other productivity tools
• Certifications in productivity management or related fields are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
