Field Collection Officer - Medan (Contract)

As a Field Collection Officer, you’ll spend your days visiting customers, negotiating payment plans, and resolving any issues that may arise. You’ll use our in-house collection system, Maybank Collection Management System (MCMS), to track and manage your cases. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve collection issues.
• Update and maintain records in MCMS.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high collection standards.
• Report on collection activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve monthly targets.
• Adhere to Maybank’s policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using MCMS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of Indonesian banking regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
