📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate telecommunications projects from inception to completion
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Train and mentor field technicians on best practices and company policies
• Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
• Resolve field issues promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime and disruptions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the telecommunications industry
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment, tools, and software such as ERP, CRM, and project management tools like MS Project
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively
• Certification in telecommunications or project management is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
