Develop and implement a menu that reflects the company's brand and meets customer expectations.,Manage and train the kitchen staff to ensure they understand and follow food safety and quality standards.,Oversee the preparation of all food and beverage items, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure that the kitchen is operating efficiently and profitably.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared according to the company's health and safety standards.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering company.,Proven experience in managing a team of kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
