Port City Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Baturaja. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cash handling and a strong understanding of retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Monitor cash counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area to ensure a professional environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in inventory management and stock control to ensure adequate product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions accurately.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in cash handling or customer service a plus.
