📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Leadership and team management skills.
