📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.,Assist in merchandising and stock management to maintain optimal store display.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Train and develop new team members to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation.,Assist in the organization of sales promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in retail.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Customer service orientation with a focus on providing excellent service.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
