📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the industrial property sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate.,Represent KLK Land at industry events, networking functions, and other professional gatherings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or industrial property sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Bali.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
