📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide strategic recommendations.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.,Oversee the company's cash flow management and ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
