As a Cashier at PT Area Ficus Benjamina, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a friendly and professional service. You will use our retail management system (RMS) to process transactions, manage inventory, and generate reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our retail management system (RMS).
• Manage cash flow by counting and balancing cash at the end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking products and restocking supplies as needed.
• Assist with inventory management by counting stock and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar retail role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail management systems (RMS) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable) for employment in Indonesia.
