📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety protocols.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with other kitchen departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to menu development and culinary innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proven experience in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software, such as POS systems or inventory management tools.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
