📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement credit-based marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth.
• Identify and target potential customers through various marketing channels, including digital and traditional methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and other partners.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure that our credit-based marketing initiatives are aligned with our overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit marketing to drive innovation and excellence.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status and performance of our credit-based marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our marketing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and growth through credit-based marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
