📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the distribution team.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
