📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
