Food Point Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Deputy System Administrator to join our team in Pontianak. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting our business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and a passion for technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.,Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and upgrades.,Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.,Experience with IT security best practices and compliance standards.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
