📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and reported.,Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement warehouse strategies and plans.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
