📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement and reach.,Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.,Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize the user experience.,Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all digital channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.,Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
