📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the SPX Express hub, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize warehouse operations using our WMS and LMS, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to implement new processes, technologies, and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning within the hub.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics and supply chain industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS) and logistics management systems (LMS), such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or other relevant industry certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
