Import Export Staff

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods between our factory and global markets. As our Import Export Staff, you will be responsible for managing the entire import and export process, from documentation to delivery. You will work closely with our suppliers and customers, ensuring that all transactions are completed on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire import and export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents for import and export, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Trade and the World Trade Organization.
• Analyze and report on import and export performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new trade strategies and initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import and export operations, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and work permit (if applicable).
