📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow key client accounts in the IT solutions market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
• Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
