📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
