📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.,Handle and manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/outs efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception and waiting areas.,Monitor and manage front desk operations, including staff scheduling and performance.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.,Assist in training and mentoring new front desk staff to maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for front desk operations.,Fluent in English and local language (Indonesian).,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
