📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and disposal of food waste.,Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform at their best.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
