  • Leading the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Representing the company as a brand ambassador during the recruitment process.
