📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and refraction tests using advanced diagnostic tools such as autorefractors, phoropters, and cycloplegics.
• Diagnose and treat visual impairments, including myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
• Collaborate with optometrists and ophthalmologists to provide integrated eye care services.
• Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in eye care through continuous professional development.
• Assist in the management of patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a patient-centered approach to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a related field.
• Licensed Refractionist certification from a recognized professional body.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in eye care, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as OptiMap, Wavefront, and other advanced refraction instruments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
