📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streams on platforms like Twitch, YouTube Live, or Facebook Live, engaging with the audience in real-time.
• Create and deliver engaging content, including gaming streams, music performances, or lifestyle showcases.
• Interact with viewers through chat, social media, and other communication channels to build a strong community.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute live stream schedules and themes.
• Promote live streams on social media and other marketing channels to maximize audience reach.
• Use streaming software such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or XSplit to set up and manage live streams.
• Monitor and respond to audience feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve content quality.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and suggestions for future live streams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live stream host or similar role, with a strong track record of audience engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and entertain a diverse audience.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and software, such as Twitch, YouTube Live, OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or XSplit.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop engaging and interactive content.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple live streams and deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for the content area (e.g., gaming, music, lifestyle) and a genuine interest in connecting with audiences.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
