As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations, ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently and on time. You'll work closely with our Japanese-speaking team to facilitate smooth communication and coordination between our Bali operations and our headquarters in Japan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments to and from our facilities in Bali and Japan.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between our Bali operations and our Japanese headquarters.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the implementation of new logistics processes and technologies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Proficient in Japanese language (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
