- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Monitor member feedback and make necessary improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the club facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or service industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional service standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with club management software such as ClubReady or ClubWorks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
