Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage and coordinate with vendors and suppliers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues,Prepare and present operational reports to the management team,Train and develop the operational team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to travel occasionally
