PT Rahayu Maju is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes.,Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
