📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverages served to customers.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
