The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Prospect, qualify, and present financial products to potential clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and campaigns.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of financial products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Valid Visa Minimum Inland (VisMin) or eligibility to obtain one.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
