📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.,Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities and risks.,Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business planning and growth initiatives.,Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs).,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles.,Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.,Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting software is a plus.
