📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, ensuring compliance with US tax laws and regulations.,Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, helping them minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their tax savings.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax returns, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Stay up-to-date with changes in US tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to junior staff.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.,Manage and oversee the work of junior tax accountants and support staff.,Prepare and present financial statements and tax reports to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in US Taxation, with a strong understanding of US tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and systems, such as QuickBooks, TaxCut, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Fluency in English is required.,Experience with international tax matters is a plus.,Certification in US Taxation (e.g., CPA, EA, or Enrolled Agent) is a plus.
