Urban Point Group is looking for a dedicated Staff Accounting to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
