📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development of new training materials and resources.,Provide support to employees in their professional development and career growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a similar role in the mining industry is a plus.,Certification in training and development is an advantage.
