🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or service industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service standards.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with club management software such as ClubReady or ClubWorks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
