📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical performance of the fleet, ensuring adherence to international maritime regulations and company standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of maritime engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain maritime engineering software such as MaxSurf, ECDIS, and Fleet Management Systems.
• Conduct regular technical audits and inspections to ensure vessel compliance and safety.
• Develop and execute technical training programs for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technical solutions with operational objectives.
• Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and emissions to enhance environmental sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime certifications and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams and projects.
• Certifications in maritime engineering, such as OIM, STCW, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and international standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with maritime engineering software and tools.
• Ability to travel internationally for technical audits and inspections.
