Full-Time Waiter/Waitress (Server) - Bali

In this role, you’ll take orders, deliver food and drinks promptly, and ensure our guests have everything they need. You’ll also assist with table setup, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup and cleanup.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Square is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
